Terms of Service

1. Service description

CV su misura is an AI-powered platform for creating, editing, and improving CVs, tracking job applications, and generating cover letters. AI features are powered by Anthropic’s Claude API.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use CV su misura only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service to process other people’s data without their consent

3. AI-generated content

AI features generate suggestions based on your input. Optimized sections, cover letters, and ATS feedback are provided as a starting point and always require your review. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI output.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of all CV content and personal data you create. When you use AI features, you authorize us to send the relevant content to Anthropic’s API for processing. We do not claim ownership over your material.

5. Account termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Once deleted, your CVs, applications, cover letters, and related data are permanently removed. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

CV su misura is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including outcomes tied to content generated through the platform.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the email associated with your account. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
